Eagle Rock senior Shannon Turner ran a personal-best 1:57.25 to win the boys 800-meter title and contributed to a third-place finish in the 4x400 relay in 3:27.17 at the L.A. City Section finals at El Camino College in Torrance, helping the Eagles place ninth with 17 points.
